— QUALITY

Quality you
can verify.

We don't promise perfection — we promise documented procedures, traceable materials, and a quality agreement we'll sign before production begins. Verifiable, not just stated.

— QC PROCESS

Four checkpoints,
one standard.

Every brush goes through four inspection stages before it reaches your dock — from raw material to crate.

01

Incoming inspection

Every batch of hair, ferrule, and handle material is checked against our supplier spec before it touches production. Out-of-spec materials are rejected at the door.

02

In-process checks

Tufting, ferrule crimping, and trimming are sampled at fixed intervals. Any deviation triggers a line stop and a root-cause review.

03

Final inspection

Finished brushes are inspected against a documented checklist: tuft shape, snap, hair count, handle finish, printing alignment, and ferrule attachment strength.

04

Pre-shipment audit

Before crating, a random sample from each lot goes through a final QC audit. Inspection records are archived for traceability.

— OUR COMMITMENTS

What we put
in writing.

01

Documented procedures

Our manufacturing follows documented procedures aligned with ISO 9001 quality management principles. Every brush type has its own production and inspection spec sheet.

02

Material traceability

Hair batches, ferrule stock, and handle wood are logged from supplier to finished brush. If a buyer needs to trace a brush back to its inputs, we can.

03

Quality agreement

For ongoing OEM partnerships, we work with each buyer to establish a written quality agreement covering inspection standards, AQL levels, and remediation procedures. Contact us for details.

04

Sample-first approval

Production never begins until samples are approved by the buyer. This eliminates surprises and ensures alignment from day one.

— QUALITY AGREEMENT

Every OEM relationship starts with a written agreement.

AQL inspection levels, defect categories, sample retention, remediation procedures — we put it all in writing, signed by both sides, before production begins.
